Beloved ones,

How is your fear?  Have you had a chance to look at it or should I say them, as fear often comes in multiples. Better still, have you been able to let go of some of these fears? If you have been struggling as has Gina, perhaps a good thing to do is just look at the fears themselves individually. Do not make a judgment of them. Do not tell them they are stupid. Simply observe them. What is each fear trying to tell you. Is it a lesson in disguise or is it a habit that its being brought to your attention. Do not dwell on your fears, simply thank them for their gifts they have brought you and send them on their way. Remember fear is not be feared!

Now, another very good method of letting go of fear is to be mindful in all that you do. Gina is currently doing this exercise which has been assigned to her. The exercise is to be mindful in everything that you do. This is not a new concept of letting go of fear but it is a very effective one. Ego uses the mind to express fear to you. If your mind is being used in the every day tasks, then there is no space to harbor fear. There is only room for mindful actions, which keep you in the moment. What does being mindful mean? It means to fill your mind with the present, with what you are doing at that very present moment. Whether it is eating, washing clothes, cooking, driving a car, or walking - anything that you are doing in that moment, you give your full and undivided attention to. This is not an easy task. The ego has been taught to be in many different places at the same time. This is no longer appropriate and so the distraction of the ego often generates fears to catch your attention.

Gina has found it very, very difficult to be mindful in all things that she does. A way to begin is to pick one task and try to be mindful whenever you are doing this task. Once this becomes your new habit, then you can move on to the next task. Mindfulness not only helps to let go of fear it is also a lovely way to raise your vibration. When you are mindful you are also careful and carelessness no longer enters into your actions. This is a form of loving.

You are being loving in every action. You are loving every thing you do. When you give your full attention to a task, you are giving that task a part of you. You are loving that task. This is a wonderful way of going about your day. You could say you are making love all day! This will definitely raise your vibration. You will find that what you do will also contain beauty, because of the love you have given to the task. This will help to raise the vibration of your environment too.

So try a little mindfulness. Start simply and then try to increase the number of tasks gently until everything you do is done in pure love. This will go a long way in helping you be free of fear and helping your world be full of love.

Go in peace, fearless

In Love Zhrnan
