Shifting and colds[back to the main page]

| I actually learnt this one from my divine self but a lesson is a lesson and I
thought it might be interesting to share with you. This last week I have been
oing through another vibrational shift. I know this partly because of guidance
and partly because of the way I feel. When the shift begins, I feel a sense of
uneasiness, like things just aren’t sitting right with me. I feel a little sad
or melancholy sometimes. There is also a sort of restlessness. Then I start to
feel cold like symptoms; headache, sore throat, tired, stuffy head. These are
all because as I shift interdimensionally, physically my DNA is also changing
and these physical symptoms are part of that change. Once the shift has
occurred, I often feel energized again, a little jittery at the beginning, but
after a couple of days, that dies down and I feel calm and at peace.
