Burmese HIV 25

In 1992 25 HIV infected women were executed by lethal injection by the Burmese authorities.

Extract:

"Approximately 22 activists protested  outside the Myannmar Embassy on May
29, contending that Burma's execution of 25  HIV-positive women prostitutes,
who were injected with Cyanide to stop the spread of HIV, was "genocidal murder.
The Myannmar (formerly Burma) government's action represents one of
the most severe examples of how HIV-infected people are persecuted."
