First Web Attempts
Bangkok , Thailand … I
had my first site in mid 1998 created from the old version of MS Frontpage.
One can find there my first self-portrait photograph… of which most who had
seen it says “NGAAAY!... Peeeteeeer, ano ba yan?” I do not know what
happened to geocities but all of a sudden this site vanished into eternity.
I have learned my lesson: save back-up files ALWAYS! But at least, I was
able to salvage the index file which is found on the following:

I had self pity… but I have to stand up and fight (ngaay)…
that’s what our heroes told us. Hence, I attempted to rebuild a new
personal site using MS Publisher.
That time, flash graphics were still unknown to my consciousness.
Amazed by the availability of GIFs… I added some little animated graphics
to my site thinking that they will add life. I have to return to the Philippines.
Entonces, I did not have enough time to finish it. But it is still working.
