The Thompson genealogy begins with John Thomson in Thompsontown, Juniata County, PA. John emigrated from County Antrim, Northern Ireland around 1730 and died in Thompsontown in 1779. He had 3 wives and 13 children.1Links to John and one of his sons, William, 1752-1813 (my g,g,g,g father), follow:
