A Heart That Is Blue
The above piece of art I cannot take full credit
for. Several other arttists (credit and links at bottom of page) are the
creators of the different pieces that I have put together in a collage.
I also added the constelation (left side) of Aquarius, which is represents
who I am. My attempt with combining them here into this work
is one to express something that I feel deeply. It is a symbolic work,
that the below poem I wrote, may help in your understanding ?
I hope you like it and enjoy what it is that I am trying to express.
I am pretty sure I am not alone in these feelings?
A Heart That Is Blue
A heart that is blue,
bringing me to you.
A heart that is maroon
and deep it is too.
As your subtle smile
brightens like a friend.
Yet, the fires across the
miles,
alluring, mystifying to
no end.
Each part of you a poem.
Looking at you, is like
viewing
the world in a grain of
sand.
Grasping it, like passion,
unplanned!
Even as if marrying,
everything that is you.
Please don't mind me, as
I am staring
into your eyes and at your
lips too.
Every minute of everyday,
touching, becoming together.
The shine of beauty your
way,
beholden of my soul, where
I may stare off into space.
You may stop my heart from
beating
or cause me to forget everything.
But, it makes life worth
living,
and keeps my soul surviving.
You and I are like a butterfly,
sometimes you'll see me
in the stars up in the sky,
and you is all that I see
The blue is so peaceful
and the soft rolling hills
are too.
The darkness is the intimacy
as we share the moments
to be
just you and me...just you
and me.

The Red and Blue heart and
the butterfly, were extracted from three pieces that are an add on
companion to the Desktop Picture application in Mac OS 8. Created

The majority of the image, at least the left half, excluding the constellation
of Aquarius, is done by another artist in which I have lost his/her name
and web site. As soon as I find it I will update this page here.
