In memory of Kelly and Keith

A Memory Of Candles

In times like these
The wind is quiet
In the trees
Yes, in times like these

In times like these
It can really be hard
Just know that the universe
Sheds it's tears
As as the falling of the stars

In times like these
It knows who you are
Its not very far
To the heavens

I am your mainstay
Call when you need
I am not very far away
In times like these

In times like these
The wind whispers
In the trees
Come be with me
For a little while

Some thoughts

The presence of this page is dedicated to the end of drinking and driving and how precious life and with whom we share our life with truly is. I never met the mother (Kelly) or her son Keith.

Even so, the effect upon  myself, of their passing,  has been very profound and heartfelt. Even though they lived over a thousand miles away I too experienced a sense of loss and despair

Perhaps its partly, knowing now, that Kelly was a volunteer in a hospital? Maybe it was her husband, Stephen,(their other son Danny survived the accident) whose commitment to caring for people, has prompted him to bring about what is probalbly a model trauma center?

I really am not quite sure? What matters though is that this sort of thing really has to stop. For this I am including a link(see below) that is very involved with this cause.
