I have seen the Cubs play at Wrigley Field…
I have seen the Atlantic Ocean…
I have seen the Pacific Ocean…
I have seen the Gulf of Mexico…
I have a faithful dog that loves me unconditionally…
I have been to Disneyland and DisneyWorld…
I have shown kindness and been given kindness in return…
I have written a novel…
I have laughed so hard I’ve whizzed in my pants…

I have learned to put other people’s needs before my own…
I have had more than one full body massage…
I have given over my life to God…
I have learned the difference between pride and strength of character…
I have emceed jazz concerts in front of hundreds of people…
I have given mouth-to-nose resuscitation to a newborn puppy…
I have fostered close to a hundred kittens…
I have survived a major hurricane…
I have learned to celebrate my uniqueness…
I have learned to respect other people’s differences…
I have eaten fresh baked, right out of the oven cookies…
I have been on a cruise…
I have made Halloween fun for kids…
I have had homemade ice cream…
I have learned never to ask God for patience…
I have watched the fish throwers at the Farmer’s Market in Seattle…
I have sat on a park bench and watched a squirrel for an hour…
I have stood over an active volcano…

I have had to sleep in my car because I had no other choice...
I have watched a spider build a web…
