| Archduke Lorenz was born on December 16, 1955 in Boulogne-sur-Siene. He is the son of Archduke Robert of Austria. Lorenz studied political and social science at the University of Sankt Gallen and the University of Innsbruck. He married Princess Astrid on Septermber 22, 1984 in Brussels. He became Prince of Belgium. The couple have four children: Prince Amedeo, Princess Maria-Laura, Prince Joachim, and Princess Luisa-Maria. |
