On Jan. 28, Deuch Post re-issued the Change of
Address stamp, 10 for Congratulations stamp, Birth stamp, Marriage stamp,
Ten for You Post stamp and Mourning stamp, and three euro stamps in euro
currency only. All these stamps are just repeat the designs of their 2001
counterpart which were valued both in euro and guilders. Besides, one more
supplementary stamp valued 2 euro cents is also issued for the use
in combination with unused 80-cent stamps to make up postage to the value
of € 0.39, the rate for inland letters weighing up to 20 grams
