2002.07.16    Belarus Fifth Definitive Issue
Two values of Belarus 5th definitive issue revealed on July 16th. Face value H is equal to the cost of a letter of the weight till 20gr to Russia, Lithuania, Latvia, Uzbekistan, Tadjikistan and Turkmenistan. Face value C is equal to the cost of an air-mail letter of the weight till 20gr to the same countries. There are elements of protection on the stamp: the micro-text "BELARUS" and fragments of Belarusian ornament seen under ultra-violet rays.
