| On 7 August 2003, the United Nations Postal Administration (UNPA) issued
a new Vienna definitive in the denomination of € 0,04. Also the same
day, a reprint of the € 0,51 stamp (2002) became available.
The € 0,04 definitive is a photograph of the Schloss Eggenberg
in Graz. The architect in 1625 was Pietro de Pomis, a student of the architect
Palladio. The owner of the palace was Prince Hans Ulrich von Eggenberg
(1568-1634). The photograph is credited to Graz Tourismus Gmbh.
