On April 1, China Post released the second issue of the series "Protecting
the Homeland of Human Being". The four stamp dipting respectively: 5 fen
"Sustain a low birth rate", 30fen "Cherish the mineral resources", 80fen
"Cherish the water for life", 1.50yuan "Protection the sea". The
series, first revealed this February, aims at promoting the awareness of
environment protecting. The stamps are among the most high-tech.stamps
ever printed by China with employing of three new tech. in anti-fraud method:
fluorescent fiber in paper, fluorescent encrypted ink and irregular shape
perforation.
