MIDDLESEX Individual Tourney 2003

Held between May 15th and July 14th 2003


26 Players took part in this summer's tournament, with grades ranging from 99 to 204, with an average grade of 150.
Andrew Smith (Bourne End) won the tournament with a round in hand on 5/5 after round 5.
Felliks Kwiatkowski ( King's Head) Clive Wismeyer (Athenaeum) and Anthony Fulton ( Willesden) shared 2nd and 3rd prizes.
The Under 150 Grading prize went to Alistair Morton (King's head)
The tournament provides a friendly environment in which players from a variety of clubs can continue playing chess for six weeks after the end of the league season.
