Refferal= 1 normal reward point each, make sure the referee says who referred them

The newsletter will be published once a month, in html form, and everyone is allowed to submit and will recieve 1 Newsletter point for each submission if included in newsletter.Newsletter submissions are not eligible for art/wrtiting of the week for 1 month after the newsletter is published. Please email all submissions to zoejmetallium@yahoo.com and include your neopets username in the email. Also neomail the 2nd in command if u want to become a reporter. Your submissions will be the first reviewed for newsletter.

Each week there will be a theme, any previously entered and elgible submissions, as well as new ones on that theme will be reviewed and voted on by the council. Other than recieving 4 normal points, the winning submissions in each catagory(visual art and writing) will be featured in a special section of the newsletter, and the artist will have a chance to say a breif thing about the submission if they wish.
