Able to manipulate it to her own design and shape in a instant. From weapons to walls. During this time her body undergoes a change as well , her skin and hair becomes frosted,and eyes glow a dark ice blue. Freezing Touch: Another part of her power is she has the ability to bring any hard substance down to its freezing point,.Making that substance frozen and harder than it originally was or more fragile. Frozen Air : Able to cause the air around her to drop to artic temperatures if those near her stay in this 5 ft zone for to long they will begin to develope the same symptoms as those in artic temperatures, frostbite , hypothermia and so on.
Drawback : She has struggled with her powers for 8 years , never having a complete grasp on them She has a hard time sometimes , turning them off and at times of high emotions can send out wavesof frozen air , witha effect of a artic blast that can cause those standing near her to feel the icey air and effects of being out in a artic enviroment. | History: Taylor grew up in the lower more poor side of Chicago, her and her twin brother went to a public school where they were the minority. Coming from a father who worked three jobs, boxing trainer, factory worker and taxi driver , and a mother who taught Piano, ice skating and was a part time court interprature, they had meager life but there family was very close till the accident. When she was 8 her and her brother were on a ride along in there fathers cab when a drunk truck driver , driving a tanker of gas ran a red light. When the cab hit the tanker she flew through the window , the last thing she remember was seeing flames and then feeling incredibly cold. When she came to she was in the hosptial and had just woken up after two weeks. She just had scaring from the windsheild on her arm, she was not burned and the doctors said they dont understand how she survived and was actually brought in with a body temp 10 degrees below normal.
After a while it was discovered by her and her family she had mutant ice powers. That was what saved her, she became more solitude and more withdrawn from the outsideworld her family the only ones she responded to , she kept up boxing in her brother and fathers memory and did work at the boxing place to help make ends meet but after nearly killing a boxer that tried to take advantage of her forcefully, by freezing him nearly to death. Her mother was contacted by Emma Frost after a mutant attack was reported and her mother after many tears decided to send her to New York and see if the Xavier school would be able to help. Now in New york and rather pissed off about having to leave home she arrives at the school wondering how long before she can leave. |
