That Guy At a Planet Express shareholder's meeting, Fry and Zoidberg sneak off to find food. At a cryogenic support group, Fry finds an 80's guy, known as That Guy, who came to the future to cure his Bonitis, and says he will try and get him a job. PE is doing very badly, and it is decided to take a vote on a new CEO. Leela, Bender, Amy, Hermes and the Profesor all vote their shares, but Fry, Hattie and Scruffy (who has 40,000 shares) vote for That Guy and he wins. He makes some changes to Planet Express, making Fry his protégé, stopping actual deliveries and commissioning a crazy new ad. Feeling the company is doomed, the crew confront Fry, who has confidence in That Guy. He calls to say he has sold the company to Mom, and they're all fired. At the takeover at the intergalactic stock exchange, everyone votes against it, but That Guy reveals that the shares he bought from Zoidberg for a sandwich gave him majority control. The crew realize that their shares are worth 107, and they are all millionaires. Making a speech, That Guy dies of his Bonitis, and Fry takes over. The shares plummet as he makes a speech about how friendship is what matters, and he overrules the takeover, giving the company to the Professor. The disgruntled crew go back to work.

Quotes:

Fry: So, what's the deal? You guys don't believe in robot Jesus?
Jewish robot: We believe he was built, and that he was a very well programmed robot, but he was not our messiah.

Hattie: I own one share of planet kerjigger, so I'm entitled to some answers. Question 1: Why does no-one visit me in my home!?
Professor: 'Cause your apartment smells like polygrip and cat pee!

Hermes: We can't compete with Mom! Her company is big and evil, our company is small, and neutral.
That guy: Switzerland is small and neutral! We're more like Germany: ambitious and misunderstood.
Amy: Look, everyone wants to be like Germany, but do we really have the pure strength of will?

Leela: Fry, we're worried about Planet Express.
Fry: Don't you worry about Planet Express, let me worry about blank.

(Amy is clearing out her locker)
Amy: (crying) It's so sad! Where will I go? What will I do?
Amy's Butler: You have Mrs. Darlinghaven's catillian at 7, ma'am.
Amy: (still crying) Oh, that'll be fun!

Fry: That guy was the greatest businessman that ever lived and, before he died he taught me everything he knew. (the shares go up to 114) ...but some things I had to learn myself (they go down to 99) ...I learned that money is fine, but in the end, what really matters is people (they go down to 57) ...people you love (they go down to 46) ...you cant put a price on that (down to 28) ...and so I'm giving up control of the company (up to 107) ...to a man of enourmous experience (115) ...Professor (150) ...Hubert Farnsworth. (The professor wakes up and looks around, confused. The shares plummet).
