It's Christmas, now called Xmas, and the crew go ski-ing. It's Fry's first Xmas in the future and they go and get an Xmas Tree to cheer him up, which is now an enourmous palm tree. Back at the office, Fry and Leela are both feeling lonely, as niether of them have families. Feeling guilty about ignoring Leela's feelings, Fry goes out to get her a present. He is warned to be back before sundown, as, every Xmas Eve, a robot designed to act as Santa Claus who judges everyone as naughty goes on a rampage. Fry buys Leela a parrot that escapes, and he chases it onto a clock tower. He falls off, but Leela catches him. She is touched. Walking home, they are confronted by Robot Santa, who tries to kill them with exploding decorations and a laser tommy gun. Hiding in a doorway, Fry and Leela nearly kiss under some mistletoe, but Santa fires a missile at them and hits the parrot. Bender comes along and tries to blame Tinny Tim for his naughtiness. Santa adds this to his list and they all escape. They manage to run back to Planet Express, but Santa comes in through the chimney. Zoidberg has been good and is given a pogo stick, which he uses to save the day. Everyone has a Xmas sing-a-long.

Linda (the newscaster): Homeless robots, to poor to even afford the basic alcohol needed to fuel their circuits. Is there anything sadder? Only drowning puppies, and it would have to be a lot of them.

Robot Santa: Your mistletoe is no match for my TOW missile!

Fry: I feel like a rat. Here I am whining like a pig, while all the while Leela's as lonely as a frog. I could kick myself.
Amy: I'll do it for you!
(She kicks him)

Santa: You dare bribe Santa? I'm gonna shove coal so far up your stocking you'll be coughing up diamonds!

Santa: You've been very naughty, Fry and Leela. I checked my list.
Fry: Well, check it twice!
Santa: I perform over 20 megachecks per second! You're both naughty for disregarding each other's feelings.
Leela: But we set things right! Fry even risked his life to get me a present!
Santa: But what about your other co-workers? Did either of you ever stop to think about Dr. Zoidberg's feelings?
Fry: No! I swear!
