Schmerltz

Goal: fun; had eye coordination Materials: A Schmerltz: long tube sock (preferably clean), large rubber ball Preparation:  First, you need to make the Schmerltz.  Its easy.  Just place the rubber ball in the tube sock and tie it just above the ball. Activity: Get the girls into partners and throw the Schmerltz back and forth to eachother.  However, they have to catch it on the tail and NOT on the ball.  Its a lot easier said than done! Adaptions: You can color the tale of the Schmerltz in sections.  Then, each color can be worth a seperate number of points.  The closer you grab to the ball on the tale, the more points you get.  Then, grabbing the ball or missing the tale can be worth negative points.
