Library files, or .libs, are the files which describe the flight characteristics, the appearance, and almost every other feature of Fighters Anthology. Customizing these .lib files allows improvements and additions to be made to the game. There are entire new campaigns based upon some of these .libs. Take a look at some of the well known .libs, and give them a try. To use one of these, simply copy all the custom files into your FA folder, then start the game as usual.
I could archive and review all the .libs I know of, but why duplicate someone else's fine work? Read the reviews at Centurian's Airbase and Fighters Anthology Resource Center, then go ahead and download whatever looks fun!
NOTE: If ALL of the players do not have the same custom .lib installed in their FA folder, the game may fail to launch correctly, or give the "Player XYZ has illegal data" prompt on you screen.
