It isn't a very complete or detailed FAQ, this is because qua gameplay there are little changes from BnW.
If you still have a question mail it to me
I'll mail you the answer back and put your question up here.
Thanks in advance ;)

What is CI?
CI is the mini add-on of Black and White and stands for "Creature Isle"

Can you bring your Black and White creature from the original game to this one?
Yes you can, when you first start CI all of your profiles will ne copied towards CI, if you happen to make a profile in BnW after playing CI it will still be copied the next time you load it up

But can you also start with a new creature in Creature Isle?

Yes, but when you do this you'll always start out with the ape, you can change after you've completed any challenge from a creature

And can you bring your creature from CI to BnW?
No, this isn't possible, your creature learns some more complicated actions that wouldn't function in the original so they made it so that you aren't able to do that.

So what's this tyke I keep hearing about
He's a baby creature that came from a egg, he's going to be your son's apprentice

How do you follow tyke (like how you follow your own creature when you press "C")?
simple, press "Shift+C"

When does my creature learn to build?
Just keep playing the game untill you get to a silver scroll which is above the Aztec wonder that the chimps are trying to build,
Your creature will learn how to build there

Can I use the same skirmisch maps I downloaded for Black and White
yes, no need to get everything again.

Can I bring my tyke to these maps aswell?
Yes this is also possible.

And can I bring him to internet?
Jep, you can let him fight other tykes there ;)

Do I have to use him in multi[player?
no, if you want you can turn him off

Do I really need tyke in CI or can I just keep him in that stupid little daycare all day?
Sorry you do need him, he makes a challenge, after that your free to get rid of him but if you train him good he can be really usefull

Do I keep tyke forever?
yes, but later on in the game you do get an other one
