The source, a thing that people are still looking for after more then 6 months of playing.
For you that don't know what it is, it's the power that Naxo and Mercurio use when they fight you
But although the entire community of BnW (CI) is searching for it, nobody has found it yet and thus most people doubt it is possible for your creature to learn it and it doesn't exist
There are a couple of screenshots of creatures who are using the source but none of them have actually told us how to get it so also their reliability should be questioned

There are many theories on how to get the source most of them think it has something to do with tyke seeing as he is the major new thing in CI

Yes, it does exist. But it is exceptionally unlikely that your creature will learn it, and I must say that I was not expecting the post from SourceOfTheSource.

This post is also a bit vague because it doesn't really confirm that you're can learn but that it does confirm that it exists (as in mercurio and naxo) but most take this that it does exists
Now there has been someone who got an interview with someone else of the BnW staf lately, he asked him a couple of questions and one of them was how to get the source:
The man gave a pretty detailed explanation and now were only hope that it's real:
Your creature must be 100 years of age.
Tyke must be fully grown.
Both creatures must know at least 10 miracles.
All tasks must be done.
Creature must have gauntlets of power.
Population must be 1000 minimum.
You must have at least 1 wonder.
If you learn MB it will make it easier for your creature to learn the source.
When you have done all this, wait until night and look for someone from BnW (Sable). I have been given a hint on how to find her but I can't work it out!
She will start to teach you the source, but then a creature will take over (the guide back from the dead).
After your creature knows the source you can use it inside and outside of battle.

These are the latest rumors (facts?) on how to get the source so the people will probably start looking for it again now and perhaps someone shall find it...
