Requirements: If you want to make a tattoo that works in Black and White your image will have to be a .bmp file, it has to be 100 by 100 pixels and it has to be in black and white (hehe). Now to start. We first boot up the prgoram that you want to use. Most commonly used is MS Paint but any other program that can save a file as a .bmp (like Adobe Photoshop) will do. If you do use Adobe Photoshop open the image in grayscale. Now before you begin drawing go to 'image/resize' (in other graphical programs than paint this may vary a bit so you may have to search a little) and put the width and height at '100' each. Now you can begin drawing, anything will do as long as you paint in black and white and use no color. Later on, when the tattoo is installed in the game, you can choose to put color on your tattoo in the creature cave. Now use your imagination and draw a nice tattoo, now save it as a .bmp. Now we have a nice image that is a 100 by 100, grascale and has an extension that goes by .bmp. This means that your image now meets all the requirements and can be used in-game. If you already know how to do this there's no need for this it goes the same way as installing custom tattoos that you get from the web If you don't know how then by all means, read on. :) Save your tattoo in the folder Black & White\profiles\_Y_O_U_R_N_A_M_E. Yourname is replaced by the name of your profile, it will have underscores between the letters. The name you should give the tattoo to show up in the game is SymbolX.bmp. X must be replaced by a value that ranges from 1 to 16. So you should save your tattoo as Symbol1.bmp or Symbol15.bmp or as any other number beneath 16. Now load up the game, go to the creature cave and put the cool tattoo you created on your creature. Congratulations, your creature looks a little bit snappier now. :) Only one thing remains now, sending the tattoo to me :). Just kidding. I would appreciate it if you send the tattoo to me but if you don't want too that's fine too. However if you do then you will get full credit for it. So send those images in (if you want too :p) |
