Now that a theme has been decided upon, what event is to be captured, and a capsule is chosen, all that is left to decide is what shall be put into the capsule.
This can be both the easiest and most difficult part of putting together a time capsule. What one puts in a time capsule defines what it is all about. One wants to include those things relevant to the occasion. For example, one would not put a graduation tassel in a capsule meant to remember a new baby. Choosing what goes into a capsule is entirely personal and I can only guide you in that decision, as I have said before, it is a personal memory one is trying to capture so therefore only the individual can truly know what to include.
