When I visit a large zoo, I always head for the exhibits where my favorite animals are first. Then I try to get around to all the other exhibits because, as I have mentioned before, all of the animals are my favorites in one way or another.
But when I visit a small zoo like the Brandywine Zoo, I can easily see all of the animals on each visit. So all of the inhabitants at the Brandywine Zoo are my favorites, but below are my "special favorites".
"Binturong" means "bearcat". Notice the word "cat". Any creature that resembles a cat and has qualities of a cuddly teddy bear will definitely be one of my special favorites.
This cotton-topped tamarin is cute, and he has a cute personality. He always looks like he wants to play.

There are two sloths at the Brandywine Zoo. Both are among my favorites. I like their slow-paced attitude toward life.
Who wouldn't love this elegant tiger? He is old and walks slowly, but otherwise he still looks young.
This bobcat is another young-looking senior-citizen at the zoo. She is nineteen years old, but looks much younger.
These otters are adorable when they are playing, and even more adorable when they are sleeping.
