We make no promises of employment/publication but give you a legitimate career opportunity in the modeling and entertainment industry. While involved in our Model and Talent Search, we are not liable for any insults, injuries, inconveniences, personal expenses, personal taxes or personal conducts, and you give us the right to release to use any photograph that we take of you to be used professionally in our Model Search promotion with no necessary compensation. WWW.BikerBabesUSA.com has my permission and consent to use my name, likeness, voice and biographical information (herein called "Materials") for purposes of trade, promotion, publicity and advertising of WWW.BikerBabesUSA.com I release www.BikerBabesUSA.com from any and all claims relating to any such use of any Materials. Biker Babes USA reserves the Right to display nudity and other such obscenities at its discretion. We are not liable for and stand free and clear of insulting and offending any person due to nudity in photographs. Furthermore by submitting your photograph to us you automatically give us the right to publish your photo with your signed consent at any time for purposes of advertising and acknowledge that those photographs will in no way be altered other than to enhance quality. WWW. BikerBabesUSA.com is not responsible for photos entered without the expressed or written permission of use from the photographer. You must be 18 years old or older. If you are selected as a winner you must provide own transportation to and from the location of the photo shoot. Additionally, I hereby grant BikerBabesUSA.com the option to use my service for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity of BikerBabesUSA.com. Further, I hereby release BikerBabesUSA.com from any and all claims, damages or causes of action of any kind or nature or for any reason whatsoever relating to my participation in said Model and Talent Competition or traveling there to including but not limited to any injury to me or my personal belongings. I also agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of this BikerBabesUSA.com. I understand that I am solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes imposed on any money I earn for publication. In this regard, neither I nor any members of my immediate family are employees of BikerBabesUSA.com. I understand that the odds of success depend on the model's potential and the editors at BikerBabesUSA.com. I agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of this model and Talent Competition. I also agree that BikerBabesUSA.com has the right to expel me as a participant for violating any of the above stipulations and my application fee will be non-refundable.
