| An outstanding
soundboard recording of only about two-thirds of the concert, unfortunately. The set has
been changed to include ‘Celebration Day’ and a ‘Bring It on Home’
intro to ‘Black Dog,’ all run together after 'Rock and Roll' for an effective
beginning to the show. ‘No Quarter’ is another new addition - these early
versions are shorter and more similar to the one on the album, but the potential for long
jams is already there. More drawn-out renditions of ‘Moby Dick’ were also
reinstated for the American shows, but this one's not so bad. Band are on the top form and clearly enjoying themselves. Great sound quality. Highly recomended. |
