This is another long, outstanding show comparable to the Seattle concert, but the recording is much better. The band previews some new songs again, including a great early ‘Over the Hills and Far Away’ in which Plant sings in the high tone like on the album. The acoustic set (before which Plant calls the police ‘The Gestapo’) is above-average—great version of ‘That’s the Way,’ despite the accidental omission of the last verse. 'Dancing Days' is included again and the long ‘Whole Lotta Love’ medley includes ‘Heartbreak Hotel’ and a surprising ‘Slow Down.’ Another long series of encores includes ‘The Ocean,’ an isolated ‘Louie Louie’ (in a completely different key from the June 19th Seattle version), and a great ‘Bring It on Home,’ which almost sounds as if it’s performed every night even though it hasn’t been a regular part of the set for almost two years. Great show.
