Triangle Inscribed in the Ellipse

The Ellipse Equation:

Two vertices of the triangle are at the ellipse vertices at points {0,0}, {1,0}.
The third vertex is on the ellipse at arbitrary point.
The Euler line of the triangle is parallel to the base -
we have a nice  letter A:
