WTO members without permanent representation in Geneva will gather at the WTO on 21 April 2002 for a week-long briefing session scheduled to allow them to participate in the Trade Negotiations Committee (TNC) meeting on 24 April 2002. “It is crucial for every WTO member to have its voice heard, especially now that we have launched comprehensive negotiations,” said Director-General Mike Moore, who is also TNC Chairman.
