EZ Stereo
ezStereo offers the capability to
- automatically align the left and right stereo pairs and present the aligned images side by side.
- automatically create anaglyphs. With a pair of red/cyan glass, one can see the real 3D.
- automatically reconstruct the 3D surface of the retina. By zooming, panning, rotating, and animating, one can interact with and visualize the ONH.
- analyze and measure the size, area, and volume of cup, disc, and any other ROIs.

Examples
This screen capture shows the red/cyan anaglyph along with the 3d surface. To see the 3d effect of the anaglyph, you need a red/cyan stereo glass. The size (width, height, area, and volume) of cup, disc are also displayed.
This screen capture shows the ROI tools in ezStereo. The sizes of cup and disk (length, width, area, and volume) are displayed. The surface presentation can be manipulated (zooming, paning, and rotating). The surface can also be animated (spinning). The surface can be clipped to highlight the area one wants to explore.
