SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Orders are subject to the following shipping and handling schedule:

  * Up to 3lbs.........$5.45
  * 4 to 6lbs...........$5.95
  * 7 to 12lbs.........$6.70
  * 13 to 19lbs.......$7.75
  * 20 to 39lbs.......37¢ per lb
  * 40 to 59lbs.......32¢ per lb
  * 60 to 99lbs.......27¢ per lb
  * 100lbs and over...25¢ per lb

NOTE: AMSOIL products cannot be shipped to post office boxes. For products purchased in Alaska, add a 7.5% freight surcharge.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

If there is visible damage to your shipment upon delivery, refuse the order. It will be returned to AMSOIL INC for inspection, and a new order shipped at no extra charge. If you discover hidden damage after accepting delivery of your order, call 1-800-956-5695 for damaged product instructions.

SALES TAX INFORMATION

AMSOIL INC has an established Sales Tax Rate for all states. Because AMSOIL is sometimes required to collect city, county, and other taxes as well, the tax rate AMSOIL charges you may be higher than just your sales tax. You can verify your sales tax rate with ordering personnel when placing your order.

NOTE: Freight charges are subject to sales tax in Connecticut, Georgia, Nebraska, Nevada, and Wisconsin.

RETURN POLICY

All unopened containers may be returned within 30 days of order, freight pre-paid, to AMSOIL INC for a full refund of the purchase price and sales tax (shipping and handling fees are non- refundable). Call 1-800-956-5695 for instructions prior to returning any product.

HAWAII

AMSOIL products are available through independent AMSOIL dealers and selected retailers. To order in Hawaii, check your local yellow pages, or call 1-800-777-8491 for the name of your nearest AMSOIL dealer.
