The Rest of the Story

About a month after our wedding, we received a package in the mail. Inside were two Uncle Bonsai CDs, an Electric Bonsai Band CD, and the following note:

My wife and I came across your web page and were pleased to hear of your recent marriage. I was thrilled to have played a small part in your romance and we wish you continued happiness. Although from neither Macys nor Home Depot, we hope you enjoy the enclosed, belated, wedding present.

Pretty cool, huh? (Andrew Ratshin was the main songwriter for Uncle Bonsai and now performs solo as the Electric Bonsai Band -- it's not electric, it's not a band.)
