Gentlemen:

First, let me congratulate you on behalf of RM Controls, Inc. on your up-coming college graduation.  Since you developed our webpage, you have become aware of the critical needs of our business.  As a manufacturer's representative, it has been extremely difficult for us to balance the web presentation differences of all of the people we represent in a concise, central, and professional manner.  The project that you have just completed addresses all of our needs as follows:

            (1)  We will now be able to have all of the literature from all of the people that we represent on our web page.

            (2)  It will be easy for us to update the web content without the need of a dedicated web master.

            (3)  We will be able to add important news for our customers and maintain a historical link to previous news.

            (4)  Our customers will now be presented with a simple, uniform, concise and professional means of getting information from us from the companies we represent.  We no longer will have to refer our clients to different web locations some of which are very good and some of which are very bad to evaluate our proposals.

We are so impressed with your project that we are planning to use it not only as a front end for literature for our customers but also as a means for the people in our organization to be kept abreast of critical company information.  We are planning to integrate pricing, ordering, scheduling, and emails from what you have developed.

Thank you and good luck in all your future endeavors.  Keep in touch.

 Sincerely,

 Roy A. Ratcliffe

President
