overview
although this job was principally part time, i worked four to five nights a week, firstly gain experience in the restaurant business and as an alternative field of employment, but mainly for the social contact with people outside my regular working boundaries.

my duties remained the same from the original management which employed me, to the new management. i was involved in all aspects of the restaurant running, from restaurant host and head waiter, to staff training and management, both in the restaurant floor and in the kitchens. administrative duties were also included, when required, but were kept to a minimum.
