office design layouts; draughting of all required plans and details; consulting with suppliers and manufacturers; issuing and making any required; changes to the plans; site project supervision.

overview
design house was a short term casual contract to oversee a few projects. the two main projects included the site supervision of the refurbishment of new executive waiting areas to the sanlam group head office, as well as project supervision and relocation of the new offices for the design house and head office of innovations. both projects included site supervision, the taking of meetings, liaising with suppliers and consultants at every level of the project and also included, input and assistance in the drawing and design of the projects. i also assisted in several other small minor projects, in drawings, consulting, supervision or some input.

i did not extend my contract with design house as they had an extremely difficult and uncomfortable working environment and internal conflicts within the company resulting in its liquidation and shutdown.
