REMARKS:
- The total of 411 is published in [ idf-corps-af ].
- The EXACT INVENTORY of FIGHTERS was 203.

- 197 fighters (out of 203) were COMBAT-READY at "T" time. [ ditto ]
- Only 183 fighters were fully manned [ ditto ]
- 160 aircraft were originally planned to take part in the first attacks
of Egyptian air-bases.
- 12 Mirage were to be left for the air-defence role
(4 in continous air patrol and 8 on immediate alert). This was
changed a short time before "T" time, 8 more Mirage joined the
attacking formations, and only 4 Mirage remained to defend Israel's skies.
- A TOTAL of 178 SORTIES was actually carried out in the "The First Wave".

Remarks:
1) The Iraqi / Jordanian fighters included two squadrons, operating Mig-21 and Hunters.
2) Lebanese and Saudi-Arabian AFs were neglected in the table.
3) The actual quantitative balance was 1 : 2.5 in favour of the Arab AFs,
and vs. the Egyptian AF alone just 1 : 1.1 .
4) The balance of combat crews was 1 : 2.3 in favour of the Arab AFs,
and vs. the Egyptian AF alone just 1 : 1.1 .
