OLDEST BUILDING AT CRAIG RANCH

The old Craig Ranch was built at the site of Camp Pinal when that camp was located in the Pinal Mountains. The ranch was begun about 1874 by a Mr. Irion and the Craigs, even before the town of Globe was settled. This is the oldest building on the ranch, dating to about 1874. The Craig Ranch is located at what is now called "Top of the World," on the Miami to Superior highway.
