Headlights

All through the sixties and seventies, the U.S. mandated that all cars had to use the same, round, standardized headlamp, so when the cars came off the boats from Europe, they'd swap the original lights for the U.S. style lights. My mechanic wants to sell me the stock headlights. The car was really designed to look better with them, and the curve of the fenders flow right into them. There is something interesting about the way the American lights look, and some people prefer it. I haven't decided yet, and the fact that he wants 250 bucks a piece for them doesn't speed my decision.
