AIPN Model Forms
AIPN's Model Form international contractual agreements are tools for the negotiator that promote and facilitate sound transactions. AIPN Model Forms currently available include the Confidentiality Agreement, the International Study and bid Group Agreement, the International operation Agreement and the International Accounting Procedure.

Balanced and cohesive, these documents include specific provisions traditionally desired by parties involved in the particular types of transactions represented by the forms.

These models are widely accepted and used in the international oil and gas community.

Continuing Education
AIPN produces tow major professional conferences annually, each featuring a seasoned speaker panel offering insight into emerging trends and issues impacting international negotiators.

These events also provide enjoyable forums for networking and socializing.

The Annual Meeting and Spring Conference is typically held in Texas, a popular venue home to many AIPN members and a key business center for international energy ventures. To accommodate AIPN's geographically diverse membership, fall conferences are held in major cities outside of the United States and have a regional educational emphasis. Hosted at fine hotels, the events provide excellent networking forums as well as activities the entire family will enjoy.
