Besides the Jackie Chan figure, I didn't see a lot of Dragon-Models stuff, but maybe I didn't look hard enough. I picked up the 442nd Soldier from KB Toys online. I also collect The Ultimate Soldier line which is making (sadly enough) a Viet Cong and NVA igures. I have Dragon's Detective Chow and 2 other Dragon brand Asian figures dressed as soldiers. Great site, very informative. Dragon Models of Hong Kong makes a whole line of figures based on HK law enforcement units.

I have a close friend who is getting a masters degree there at Ball State (where I attended for two years way back when), who sent me a package. And in this package was the Daily News used as packing. I read through the provided pages, which I'm sure wasn't the purpose of them, and saw your column International Chopsticks, "Columnist Shares Memories of Easter." May I first apologize for the loss of your aunt, and the grief you've walked with since then. I wanted to reply not in defense of drinking, nor in support of your statement, but to perhaps involve you in another perspective. If any of the students attending Ball State Uiversity, or any of its Alumni, read this article, I believe it is for the best, and offers a wholesome, if not painful, reality to life at the university. When I went there, there was this pride in being ranked #2 in the nation in partying (the year we went to the Final Four in the NCAA tournament). It wasn't any of the scholastic achievements, which has given B.S.U. is outstanding record. I had friends in teaching, in architecture, in chemistry, in volleyball...wait that one doesn't count. And the common thread of that experience was the female to male ratio was 12:1, and our efforts paying off in the excellence of swilling booze. And the crown jewel of the masterpiece was of course, the infamous Watermellon Bash, which soon after that time has fallen to such an unbearible low, I can hardly make myself look at Cardnal Field (I also visited the campus recently to see this friend...on Watermelon Weekend of all times). So what you said, "I pray all of you who are reading this realize that drinking is wrong" went out to those who should hear it, and might possible gain from it. After all, how wrong can the Almighty's love be? Drinking there is astoundingly popular (or at least it was in my day), and destroys so much to what a student can rise to in academic achievements, as well as the moral fortitude one may grow into through the experience of studying and appreciating the wisdom which may or may not follow. However, your statement is about as biased as a self-induced hullucination. I'm not saying you are wrong, yet wrong enough to word it that way. It's funny how under your picture the Daily News states that your views don't "necessarily the represent those of the newpaper." I mean, it's merely the safeguard of the newspaper to look out for itself, and it's writers. But on campus, your words may be seen as a hangin' offense. My point is, what would Jesus think? Would Jesus think drinking is wrong? All drinking? And nothing but drinking? Would the Almighty think drinking and driving wrong? Maybe that's another question. And would He think drinking and driving on Easter Sunday wrong? I know I'm carrying this out too far. However I think you have as well. It was good for you to make "a" statement for your school. It was good you retold the heartbreaking story, one which so many can relate to, and feel. It was good that you even made it clear that it was your opinion, and how you'd live your life. But you mixed two dangerous points of view together to start a fire, which may be good in certain ways, yet bad in others. "I pray," "all of you," "realize," "wrong" -- praying to every single person (as a warrior of Christ, what's holy and righteous) to recognize or become aware of (that which is hidden, and what every person holds) that they are evil (opposite of right, other than God, in error, meaning not doing what was intended, judgement). Sure, offering the masses another perspective in hopes for personal and intimate soulsearching is a good thing. Isn't this something a person needs to do for themselves? Isn't this what repentance is all about -- learning and falling down on the ground in shame? "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness." 2Timothy 3:16 I've done enough talking, I'll offer what I'm spost to be doing - James 2:12, 3:1 I Corinthians 4:1-4 Romans 14:10 And to bring back your smile Luke 12:19 and I Timothy 5:23. God bless you brother

My suggestion: have pictures! What I wanted to do is to have all those Asian guys/Leading ladies pair-ups that we never get to see in the movies-- 7 of 9 in Ensign Kim's arms, Barbie and 442nd GI Joe, Dana Scully from the X-files and Hikaru Sulu! Yeah!
