Where is the Villa Desiderata located?   The Villa Desiderata is located on Bay View Lane 0.6 miles north of Bay Road. Bay View Lane is east of Chapel Hill Road and Cuhlman Road. Bay View Lane is west of US Route 12/State Route 59 (at this intersection Bay Road is called Big Hollow Road).

How do I find the Villa Desiderata?   Villa Desiderata is in a residential area and can be difficult to find. Here is how to proceed from Bay Road --- turn north on Bay View Lane. There are four tall Brick Pillars marking Bay View Lane on the north side of the road. You will proceed 0.6 miles on this winding road: first a curve to the right followed by a curve to the left; then another curve to the right (20 MPH Yellow Warning Road Sign) and finally a curve to the left (again a Yellow Warning Road Sign). Look to your left, this is the Villa property - Turn into the driveway on your left and continue to the Big White House (second building on your right). Go up the stairs and enter the building; the ACOA meeting is held in the living room (to your left once inside the house).

Driving Note:   If you go over the bridge on Bay View Lane --- you just past the Villa!
