Further north
through spectacular terrain - and the little town of Quissico (pic 1,2).
On to Inhambanje on the coast - one of the earliest Portuguese settlements
- beautiful. (Pic 3 and 4). Stunning 200 year old church (pic 5), sadly in
ruin. Through huge coconut palm plantations and the MAGNIFICENT Babalaz
Bar (means "hung over" IN AFRIKAANS) where we watched bloody
Australia beat Ireland at rugby on satellite TV - and had a few beers (pic
6). Then on to Barra Lodge where Carl proceeded to get local up a tree (pic
7).
(the webmonster is a little confused about the some of the
pic's so many apologies if the captions are not totally accurate)
