DATES             Wed. 12 to Thurs. 27 Sept.; Sun. 14 to Mon. 29 Oct.

Day 1                Arrive Windhoek, the capital city. Tour of city and surrounds. Overnight at the Windhoek Country Club and Casino.

Day 2               Drive south west into the Namib Desert to Sossusvlei.  Accommodation at one of the most stunningly located desert lodges, Kulala Lodge.

 Day 3               Wake up to sunrise over the red dunes! Then visit Sossusvlei, some of the world’s most awesome dunes and to Sesriem Canyon. Kulala Lodge.

Day 4               To Namibia’s premier coastal resort of Swakopmund, via the Kuiseb Canyon and Walvis Bay. Accommodation at the historic Hansa Hotel.

            Day 5               Swakopmund. Desert tour, welwitschias, walking tour of the historic town centre, beach. At leisure.

Day 6               North to the      Epako Private Game Reserve near Omaruru. Evening game drive. Accommodation at the Epako Lodge.

Day 7               Epako. Game drive, San rock paintings. Epako Lodge.

Day 8               Further north into the mountain desert region of Damaraland. Overnight at the Huab Lodge. Game walk / drive in quest of the rare Desert Elephants.

Day 9               To Etosha National Park, Namibia’s famous “Big Five” game reserve. Okaukuejo Camp – chalet accommodation. Game drive.

Day 10              Etosha – Okaukuejo. Game drives, and game-watching at the camp’s floodlit waterhole.

Day 11              Drive through the park to Namutoni Fort, and then to the Etosha Aoba Lodge just outside the park. Game walk.

Day 12              Via Lake Otjikoto and Tsumeb to the Waterberg Plateau National Park. Bernabe de la Bat Camp chalet accommodation.

Day 13              Waterberg. Game drive and hike.

Day 14              To the Otjibamba Game Farm near Otjiwarongo. Afternoon game walk.

Day 15              Via Okahandja to Windhoek. Overnight as per day 1.

Day 16              Transfer to Windhoek International Airport for return flights.

COST PER PERSON SHARING             US$2 950,00 (minimum 4 pax, maximum 10).

SINGLE SUPPLEMENT               US850,00.
