VA Hospital Volunteers Needed
Would you like to serve “America’s Heroes”
We can accommodate your schedule
Responsibilities may include:
Filing
Greeting patients
Preparing coffee and other refreshments for patients
Assist with office management work
Pull/Replace patient charts in record room
Send out or call appointment reservation set ups
Do call backs to confirm those appointments
Play games or read to patients
Assemble new patient charts
Push wheelchairs
Assist with patient education and hand outs
Want to drive and can qualify to be a “DAV” driver or parking lot driver
Hours are anytime between 8 AM and 4 PM Monday through Friday
