Amorphous Designs Terms & Conditions"

I'm from the old school where everything was sealed with the person's word and a strong handshake. But those days are over, so here are my terms and conditions for using my free graphics.

1. My graphics are free for you to use on your personal page or for non-profit web pages. If you're interested in using them on a commercial site, please e-mail me for the Terms & Conditions. I do retain the copyright on all my work.

2. I ask that you please give me credit in form of a link back to this site on the page where my graphics are displayed. It allows me my fifteen minutes of fame and proves to THE WIFE that my hard work is appreciated by others. Besides, it's only fair since I do spend a lot of time creating them.

3. Please do not include my graphics in any other collections on or offline without my permission. That includes, but is not limited to CDs, graphics collections, graphics sites, electronic greeting card sites, etc.

4. I appreciate everybody's freedom of expression, so please appreciate mine. Do Not include my graphics on any pornographic site, or any site that you would not be willing to show to a child. I would like to have a totally clean and family oriented site so that childen and their parents feel free to use my site for free graphics as they create their own sites. It would be a shame for an innocent child to be exposed to smut. If you feel you must use my graphics on your adult site, please Do Not give me credit or link back to my site.

5. Please save the graphics to your own site. I'm very left brained (which means very organized) and always changing my directory structure, so if you link directly to my site for graphics, one day you will find your site void of all graphics, not a pretty sight.

6. All my graphics are my own original creation. Therefore, I know I am not infringing on anybody's copyright or trademark. But, I do surf the web for ideas. So, if you feel that any of my graphics are invading your copyright or trademark, please send me an e-mail, and I will remove the graphics.

7. I do use many public domain, freeware, postcardware, shareware, donationware, etc. I believe that I have complied with all the requested conditions of usage - whether that is payment (the green stuff), credit, recognition or whatever form of compensation the author has requested. If you feel differently, please send me an e-mail and we can certainly work things out.
