A super red and white suit!
And a new Grenier vintage short leg panty girdle
I was very excited when I got this girdle, but I had no bra to go with it, and Miss April could not possibly wear a white bra with a beige girdle. Unthinkable.
So off to "Lady Grace" shop in Brookline, MA, where I know they have longline bras. This is a bit risky because I know a fair number of people in Brookline. But I needed the biege bra of course.
So they had exactly what I wanted, and white I was paying I saw a woman I know walk by the store, busy on her cell phone fortunately
But then the saleslady says "What is this bra for?"
So I answered "To go with my new Grenier Girdle"
She laughed and said "OK". The Truth shall set ye free!
2 new slips I just got from Frishman's in New York
Doesn't it make more sense to wear 2 of these?
They felt great and fit wonderfully
They are also the right length, always an issue with shorter vintage slips
But like everything these days they are hard to find...I think I bought everything style Frishman's had in white and black in 28" and 30" lengths.
For me the right length for a slip is one that will show a little bit when one sits, (Like the picture) but does not show when standing. Of course I am a little crazy and I think this is sexy, so who knows?
These are some vintage support stockings I got on eBay.
They are fully fashioned seamed beauties, and they really do make your legs feel good.
I was on my feet most of this day, and the stockings felt great
With each passing month my interests change a bit. Now I could not care less about heel height of shoes, Instead I want my shoes to match my outfit perfectly, like these red and white pumps
I got to a point where I cold spend 8 hours in 5 inch heels, and I have 50+ pairs of them. Now I barely wear them
Who knows what will come next?
