I went in on New Years Day and the sales person said "I was wondering when I would see you!"
Maybe I am shopping there too much!
Being the poster girl for conspicuous consumption, I have spent the past few years buying just about everything I want. However even I am cutting down
I was at Nordstrom buying some pants for work on sale the day after Christmas. One of the women working was wearing seamed hose.
Now these weren’t the real thing, just the pantyhose one can get, but despite the fact that she was not all that attractive she was pretty sexy.
And all the other women were talking about her!
I went over to look at pantyhose. I was looking for some glimmer hose, and Nordstrom had them
Once again the power of commission sales people! The clerk could't have been more help
And she was wearind seamed pantyhose
BTW, these shoes are "Jessica Simpson"! I couldn't resist asking, so I told her I had just purchased some pants, saw her colleague, what was up
And the answer---they were on sale!
Of course I walked through the cosmetics area. There is a young lady that I lust after, good figure and just a ton of makeup. I was at the store at 9 and there she was, already completely made up.
This is not a 30 minute makeup job, and she must have been up at dawn

I do wear black stockings when the outfit calls for them, but I much prefer some shade of beige.

I notice that you wear tan or beige stockings for the most part. If you are like me you have many versions of tan or beige. How do you keep track of them? I have a drawer filled with all sorts of beige stocking, and matching them up is a pain. Any advice?

Miriam, I keep all of my stockings in labeled plastic bags, get the sandwich or snack bags at the market. This really helps, though from time to time I get lazy and spend many hours matching up the colors
