Here’s still another pouffy outfit from Suzi’s Ruffles. If you are a pouffy fan you know I just love her stuff, and I have 2 new outfits to show off in the next few months.

A few weeks ago, or months ago I never know, I stated that it’s all me filling up these girdles, no padding whatsoever. I got some crazy emails about this:
“You expect us to believe there is no padding there, get real girlfriend”
“Oh come on April I love your site but men don’t get that shape, at least not without hormones”
“No padding in you bra and girdle, what a crock”
“You must be on hormones”
Ok, girls, I never said there was no padding in my bra. The cleavage is all clever taping, makeup and really good breast forms. But my rear is 100% me. I don’t care if you don’t believe me, so think what you want
This picture shows my pettipants falling down. They were new and seemed to keep falling all day.
Today I was at DSW Shoe Warehouse, ironically to buy a pair of men’s sneakers. As I sat trying them on a 30 something young lady, wearing an awfully short skirt came and tried on some of the woman’s sneakers across the aisle. What was unusual is that she had on those BCBG mules with 4 or 5 inch heels (hers were blue), and she was wearing hose! They were suntna color, and shiny. After a formal dinner last night where none of the women were wearing hose, this was a nice surprise. At one point she had both sneakers on and I couldn’t resist telling her that she looked better in the shoes!
Now one could not have blamed her if she just gave me a dirty look, but instead she said "Thanks I like them better too, but I am going to a barbeque and I need something more casual because I'll be running around"
So I pressed my luck and said "My wife stopped wearing hosiery, yours look great. I can't seem to get her to wear hose after April 1"
She paused and said, "My husband likes the way I look in pantyhose, and I must say so do I, but they are hot in the summer"
It seemed the right time to leave, so I took my sneakers and looked for her shoes in the women's section--no luck though
I find when I wear pouffy outfits that using the ladies room is an adventure. It’s not easy getting all this stuff —pettipants, girdle and stockings, pantyhose, more pantyhose, panties, and belted napkins, off when wearing a petti. Plus changing my napkins and tampon is an difficlut as well. I do manage to somehow suffer though it though
I got a lot of email on my page where I was wearing a pants liner, all of it good. One woman wrote and asked where I got it, as did a few of the girls. It’s a Rago high waist pants liner from Frishman’s. They are on line
It really sucks now that Filene’s is gone, as Macy’s doesn’t carry all the pantyhose I like. Oh well I goes I will buy those on line as well

I love your site, but I don’t get the “pouffy” pictures. I myself like maid’s outfits, so I get the crinoline, but why all those dowdy square dance outfits? I think they are silly. I would like to see you in something sexier.

I am always surprised that for a group of people who plead for tolerance and understanding, we seldom are tolerant or understanding. Emma, I love these outfits, and it my choice to wear them. I would never wear a maid’s outfit, but I can certainly see why you like them, and even if I didn’t see why you like them I think you should get to wear whatever you want.
To me these outfits, with a petticoat, lace ruffles, pouffy sleeves, and more are ultimately feminine
I must saying seeing myslf in them, and knowing how much I enjoyed wearing the outfit, and what is not showing underneath it, is also extremely enjoyable for me.
