Isn’t this a Great dress? I just love it!
I am not sure why I went though a non-pouffing period, but I’m back now.
This fantastic outfit is from Suzi’s Ruffles, and girlfriend it has ruffles! And Lace, and satin—zowie! And more ruffles and lace!
My "pensive" look
It’s interesting though, that when I have a dress with a big petticoat on, I like to wear low heels, and pantyhose.
Maybe one of you can give this some thought and tell me why I feel this way
There is a wonderful woman pictured on the “Pettipond” site named “Pettilady” She is always wearing these very shiny pantyhose, and I really like that look too, so here’s my version.

Of course with two pairs of control top hose on I really didn’t need a girdle, but I wore one anyway!

It was funny buying the pantyhose. The woman at Bloomingdale’s, obviously on commission, was trying to “sell up”.
By the way, do you like the little bows in my hair? I got them to go with this dress.
She was showing a much more sheer version, and I told her I didn’t want them to be sheer!
My goodness do I love the feeling of a petticoat! Every step is heaven!
And sitting in one, having it rustle every time you move…it’s almost too much for me!
